Our Electrical Engineering experience spans the widest industry range possible including mobile electronics, medical devices, vehicles and appliances. We become a seamless extension of your team, providing digital, analog system design services as well as development of PCB documentation and schematics.The IPS EE team can conduct feasibility studies, execute design and build services and specification development. We design, lay out and document printed circuit boards, provide FGPA design and PCB prototype and testing, high speed data acquisition and cost sensitive controllers.
Some examples of technologies we’ve implemented include Digital signal processors/embedded controllers design (PowerPC, ARM, Atmel, TI OMAP), image and video systems, wireless technologies from low end, Zigbee and Bluetooth radios to GPS, wireless LAN and WAN communications. Additional areas of experience include Infrared, CMOS and CCD sensors as well as Motor Control including Stepper, 3 Phase VFD and PWM DC.
RECENT PROJECT
IPS’s value engineering efforts resolved existing product environmental issues and in the process improved manufacturability and reduced overall cost. The IPS team evaluated the existing supplier base, and then qualified and recommended additional known high quality suppliers. Continuing work is focused around mechanical design of next generation products with the objective of continuing to reduce costs while improving performance and quality. See full Portfolio.
